Consent to the processing of personal data of clients – individuals

By submitting a request on the website www.prozrenie.ru, the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the Consent). Acting freely, by his/her own will and in his/her own interest, and also confirming his/her legal capacity, the User gives consent to Igor Erikovich Aznauryan (TIN 771703556710), email _________, (hereinafter – the Website Owner), for the processing of his/her personal data under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.

The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of mine, which are not special or biometric: contact phone numbers; email addresses; place of work and position held; user data (information about location; OS type and version; Browser type and version; device type and its screen resolution; the source from which the user came to the site; from which site or via which advertisement; OS and Browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address).
3. Personal data are not publicly available.
4. The purpose of processing personal data is: processing incoming requests from individuals for the purpose of providing consultations; analysis of actions of an individual on the website and the functioning of the website; conducting advertising and news mailings.
5. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data"; this consent to the processing of personal data.
6. The following actions will be performed with personal data in the course of processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
7. Personal data are processed until the individual unsubscribes from advertising and news mailings. Processing of personal data may also be terminated at the request of the personal data subject. Storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125‑FZ "On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage.
8. The Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his/her representative by sending a written statement addressed to Igor Erikovich Aznauryan or his representative to the email address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.
9. In the event of revocation by the personal data subject or his/her representative of the consent to the processing of personal data, the Website Owner may continue processing the personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in clauses 2‑11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
10. This Consent is valid for the entire period until the termination of processing of personal data specified in clauses 7 and 8 of this Consent.
