Loyalty program

Dear friend, welcome to the privilege club of the Crystal Vision network of children's eye clinics!
By paying for any service in one of our clinics, you become a participant in the loyalty program. This allows you to accumulate bonus points and use them to pay for clinic services.
Loyalty program
The loyalty program is a system of discount incentives for both regular and new patients of the Crystal Vision clinic.
Bonus points are accrued at the rate of 1 bonus point = 1 ruble.
"Welcome" bonus points in the amount of 1,000 rubles are credited to the patient only after the first payment for services over 2,000 rubles, provided for the first time in Crystal Vision clinics.
Calculation of point accrual:

Bonus points, including "Welcome" points, can be used to pay 100% of the cost of services provided in Crystal Vision clinics. "Welcome" bonus points can be spent 100% within 1 month from the moment they are credited; after this period the "Welcome" points expire. Bonus points that are accrued for payment for services expire 1 year after the date they are credited.

Bonus points can be used for the following clinic services 100% of the total amount :
  • BOK (prescribed outside a treatment package)
  • Services of the Head and Deputy Head of the Crystal Vision Association I. E. Aznauryan
    and V. O. Balasanyan
  • Additional examinations
